I have to 100% agree with the patient who wrote that Dr. Williams is only interested in getting paid. He also replaced a ceramic bridge for me. Two months later the replacement began to fall apart. This is even after I complained about the sharp edges left uneven. I too felt very rushed.

it was a nightmare. I had extensive medical bills and was out of work for 2 weeks unable to talk choking on blood clots. If I did not have a medical background and didn't sleep upright for 2 weeks I could have choked and died in my sleep. This dentist was negligent and should have referred me to an oral surgeon after looking at my x-rays before even attempting this extraction.

Very friendly staff. I LOVE my hygienist and Dr. Williams is very kind. I have a fear of dentists and he's very patient with my nervousness.

I can tell you one thing that should sum it all. All that Russel cares about is money and how many patients he can get done through the day. He is not patient and does not listen often. I had a root canal crown put on by him. The crown is done from ceramic he has the milling machine to make the tooth right away. He did a poor job in smoothing the tooth surface and left edges that bothered me and every time I wanted to come back for the bite adjustment he was so rushing. I would not recommend him
