That Doctor, if you can say dentist, is one of the worst, don't go where She doesn't know anything, I went to have a tooth removed and I suffered like I never had to leave the office without saying anything, I went to another dentist in Elizabeth NJ with Dr. Nancy Berth She if she's the best I didn't feel anything

DON'T GO HERE! Dent asst prepped sterile equip with dirty gloves, flipped when I asked her to change them & equip. With gloves she touched everything in the room, went in a back storage closet, picked trash off floor, moved my phone, & prep sterile equip for my mouth. I asked her to change her gloves & equip & she snapped 'I changed my gloves for your appt & only worn them with you. I could change my gloves but no ones ever asked me to & that would be SPECIAL TREATMENT for you.' Shocked I said yes please do. She did but not the contaminated equip so I stop her again & she freaks more. I said it was unprofessional & I want to speak with Dr. Batra. She barely let me speak & Dr asked her to step outside. Dr apologized but tried to convince me DA's usually problematically clean. Dr wiped off the equip rather than replacing, which I doubt is proper procedure, & I wasn't able to get x-rays done. Dr made sure I scheduled 6m on days to avoid seeing DA meaning dirty equip is seen as fine there.

She is the worse dentist I've ever been to. She doesn't know what she's doing; spends more time in her office and on the phone during your appointment time rather than in the appointment. I was supposed to get a cleaning done, which was finished in less than 10 minutes of her entering the room. That has never happened before. She spent more time telling me how much I owed her and forcing me to pay on the spot, that too a different amount that previously stated. I've never been to a dentist so rude and money-hungry, save yourself time and energy and find another dentist.

My mom was a patient here and she had nothing but bad things to say just like most of all the other reviews on here. My mom went 30 minutes early for her appointment and was made to wait for 2 hours before she was taken in. Once she got in, the instruments weren't ready. There was no cleaning of the teeth completed, even though there was supposed to. Dr. Batra was only worried about making money and sent my mom to the billing department to see how much the treatment would cost while completely skipping the cleaning the appointment was intended for. When she asked the dentist a question, she was ignored and her staff answered for her. My mom also had to find the water button to rinse her mouth by herself without any assistance from the dentist or staff. If there was an option to give zero stars, we would. Be aware and choose a different dentist.
