Dr. Roya Zandparsa, DMD

I had a terrible experience with her. I went there due to sensitivity, and she saw a leak in a crown on a molar, but she did not suggest any treatment plan. She only gave me a prescription for special toothpaste, which didn't even work. The molar ended up getting abscessed, and I had to get it extracted after experiencing really really extreme pain. I don't understand why she ignored such a significant problem, because maybe she could have saved that molar, or at least I wouldn't have had to endure such extreme pain. I would give her "0" stars, if possible.

I simply cannot speak highly enough of this dental practice. I have needed extensive dental work throughout my life and have had numerous dentists with varying skills. Because of this, I always dreaded going to the dentist. Now, I'm actually EXCITED to go to the dentist each and every time. That may sound like hyperbole, but I so enjoy how friendly everyone is and their thoughtful attention to every need. Dr. Roya is a clinical attending at the prestigious Tufts School of Dental Medicine, a position that ensures that she is always up to date on dental procedures and best practices. She is incredibly knowledgeable, sensitive to patient needs, and cares for the whole patient. She is kind, engaging, and because the practice is small, she is able to form strong bonds with her patients. As a clinician, Dr. Roya is exceptional. Her expertise is second to none. I've had years of extensive dental work, and she is by far the best I have come across. I will never go to another dentist.

I saw Dr. Roya for an emergency appointment for a broken front tooth playing basketball late in the evening and she was so empathetic! She bonded my tooth back together and explained everything so clearly and was incredibly patient and understanding. In the end my tooth looked like it had not even been broken. Fantastic experience!

She is very Knowledgable and Caring while very ethical and pleasant. Through my life I have seen many dentist and no one comes close to her. I have recommended her to all my family and friends and they love her.
