the phone for asking a simple billing question!! I rarely write a review but this had to be posted. I moved here from out of state and usually I research my dentist before I choose them, but this dentist is in the same building as my primary care physician so I opted for the convenience. BIG MISTAKE! I went in for my 6 month cleaning and received a bill that I never received before. When I called to ask I was told that the insurance company will not pay for the X-ray. When I started to ask why my previous records were not on file, she started screaming at me out of nowhere with "THAT IS NOT HOW WE DO THINGS HERE!" and continued to berate me on how if I had been getting regular cleanings before I would know the procedure. I have been getting regular cleanings EVERY 6 months for the past 30 years and I have NEVER been treated like that. I promptly paid my bill and will no longer use them moving forward. I recommend you look elsewhere for you future dental needs.
