Dr. Ronald Roddy, DDS

I believe in Dr. Roddy 100% but felt compelled to cease seeing him after a series of unprofessional incidents involving his staff. Had a hygienist stop interacting with me & walk out after I replied to her question, 'What did you do for Easter' by stating (noncombatively) that I do not observe Easter. Her actions made me feel both marginalized and discriminated against. I reported same to the office manager, only to be stonewalled. When I persisted, a younger dentist at the practice intercepted me, belittled my efforts & values to my face then blithely told me it “might be interesting to set me straight over a beer somewhere.” I have not been back since.

I have been going to Dr. Roddy for about 12 years and couldn't be more pleased with him. He has done numerous crowns and a fixed bridge for me and they are wonderful. He is also my wife's dentist. I would not hesitate to recommend him and his practice to anyone! His staff is also first rate!

No longer have faith in his integrity

The staff is kind and very efficient. Dr Roddy explains everything he's going to do prior to doing it. He sits down and talks with you. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my scheduled appointment time.

Complete rip-off and no value whatsoever, i came for a filling but they turned the appointment to exam so they can collect additional $200 for doing nothing, and also give me the wrong advise, sent me to extract tooth 1 and 3, while i spent $1,800 in the last 6 month for root canal and new crown, and had no problem whatsoever in that tooth, the doctor made no effort whatsoever to save my tooth, since implant will fatten his wallet by $4,200 instead of only $160 for a filling.

Great staff across the board from Dr. Roddy himself to every staff person. Very caring, great communication. Even called me after an apponintment to check on how I was doing. Couldn't be more impressed.
