Not enough communication with the parents at appointments. No one tells you anything about what they did at the visits, you have to find them and ask if you want to know. You would think each visit someone would communicate how things are going and why was done.

Used him back when I was a teen. Went back about 15 years later because my front tooth had moved -he guaranteed his work and put braces back on. The only thing I paid for was about 3 adjustment fees-very low cost. Have recommended him countless times over the past 30 years. Use him for both of my children.
