I am just waking up feeling grateful just told my family You are the best Dentist in the World I am 64 year of age and never have I experienced such patience and professionalism mixed with humor so smiling through the pain so grateful and recruiting for new patients ??

Oh my goodness Dr.Orr was the Best Ever , and the staff was so pleasant. I got an appointment the Same day I called no waiting 3 weeks to see him I’m so pleased .

I have been seen by this practice for many years and many different needs. I have always been met by friendly and efficient staff throughout the practice. Aside from receiving highly skilled, basically painless procedures, Dr. Orr has always explained, shared x-rays, and given me educational information and practical tips for maintaining my dental health. I will never go anywhere else. Love this group!

They are some of the nicest people. Very knowledgeable and everyone is so kind and helpful. Highly recommend this dental office for all your needs. They can do everything! Dental implants, braces, etc. no need to go anywhere else.

Dr. Orr and Dr. Wilson have been providing dental care for me since 2012. My experience with this practice is exceptional as we have traveled through caps and implants, cleaning and consultations. Courteous and kind, this team has made me feel as though I am part of the ‘family’. What a treasure, such a relief to find this level of care. Highly recommended

I can truly say that he is an amazing dentist who truly cares about his patients well being. I had a very bad phobia of going to the dentist. Dr. Orr showed patience and understanding of my phobia , and I am forever grateful for my not only my dentist but my friend forever. He loves cutting edge dental technology that reduces pain and promotes faster healing. I had three implants installed with ZERO PAIN the following day! I highly recommend him for your dental care.

Excellent practice regarding covid-19. Immediately upon entering: Hand sanitizer was provided. Temperature was taken. I was given a corvid-19 question and answer form to fill out. The writing pen and the areas touch while completing the form were then sanitized. Face shields and mask are worned by the staff. Overall visit was exceptional, great care is given to protect their patients.

Dr. Orr had been my favorite dentist until he insisted on installing a crown that was too small. He made the crown himself and I did not understand why he made it so small considering he had the old crown and he could see it did not fit in the space. It was late in the evening, after 5:30pm. He said the crown would elevate and somehow grow into the space. Needless to say that didn't happen. When I attempted to schedule another appoinrment, I mentioned the crown. Apparently the thought that he would not be compensated again for this undersized crown was too much and he refused to correct. At the end of the day, he is like many other dentists who are after maximum compensation for less than a full service. So be careful, he's lovely at first but he won't keep his word when it comes to money.

Dr.orr is the most gentle caring respectful dentist I have ever been too! He is a normal person and cares about his patients. I enjoy my visits and miss Dr orr when I can't see him. I have the most beautiful smile because of Dr orr! Dr. Ronald orr helped me be able to smile and laugh. I moved from Ohio to Maryland and will only have Dr orr he is worth the experience and I miss my friend!!

I trusted Dr Orr’s words and it turned out to be a mistake: On June 17, 2016, Dr. Orr offered to put two provisional crowns on my teeth and promised to credit me back the charged amount when I come back to his clinic to install two permanent crowns on the same teeth in 2017. I trusted him and accepted his offer. Unfortunately, on Feb 20, 2017, while I was at his clinic, he declined to keep his promise, citing economic reasons. A lot of my money and time were wasted because of this.

Dr. Orr is excellent. What started out as a routine visit for my children ended in me being seen for my own dental issues and having my smiled fixed that same week! He didn't make me feel ashamed about my dental history. The staff is amazing. I have found a life long dentist team. It feels so good to smile again.

Dr. Orr one of the most wonderful and caring people you can find. He is very talented, skilled, and experienced dentist as well. Office staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend this practice to other people.

DONT BECOME Dr. Orr's NEXT ANOMALY. Initial checkup and cleaning was fine, however I was in need of two crowns, and the complications begin. Install was for Jan. 28, however one crown was damaged out of the machine, so a new one was to be installed next day. While removing temp crown, my tooth was chipped so the newly made crown no longer fit right. Thus, another temp, which then came out the next day! As the Dr. was out of town next week, he suggested I fix myself! 2nd crown finally in Feb. 3

After weeks and weeks of having work done by Dr Orr, my husband now has to have the work redone AND MORE because the only thing that happened here was the problem was made worse. This happened on 2 separate occasions so it's not like we didn't give them a chance.
