Took my daughter when she was 2 years old and Dr. Gravitz was very uncaring and mean. He basically said to me that he could not work on my daughter because she was crying. I had asked my child what was wrong and she told me that the thing he inserted in her mouth was hurting her. When I mentioned it to Dr. Gravitz, he blatantly said that that was impossible. My daughter wouldn’t cry for no reason. After this, I knew I would not return to this unprofessional dentist again. In addition, the receptionist, or whatever you call her, was horrible at billing and didn’t know what she was doing. Definitely would not recommend to anyone.
