Received what I thought were quality treatments. I did question the look one of my treatments and was brushed off saying they would “fix” it at my next visit admitting it wasn’t right. (Never happened.) A crown came off and was scheduled for ((2 weeks out)) literally unacceptable. I visited a recommended nearby dentist that was able to get me in THAT day. I cancelled the other. I began to have some pain and issue with some dental work. I contacted the new dentist and come to find out the NEW filling I had done was done poorly and leaking as well as decay still present causing infection underneath the filling. A traumatic extraction showing the defect. I am dealing with multiple teeth that were poorly addressed and needing to be RETREATED. I am sick! Some were “rushed crowns”poorly fitted and teeth infected. I may need ROOT CANALS and new crowns now! What gives?? Don’t do it! Don’t allow ANY dentist to RUSH fast treatment! You will pay for it in the long run! RUN don’t walk away!

Dr. P is simply the best Springfield has to offer. I let him fill a cavity with no anesthesia, (because I can't stand my face being numb for hours afterwards) It was painful, yes, but so worth it! He said that is how it is done in his original country (Philippines). If a woman can birth a child, she can have her teeth drilled with no anesthesia!

Excellent care, super friendly, very efficient, easy to get into in terms of flexible appointments. I have a hard time trusting dentists but I have zero issues here. Grateful I am a patient here.

From the receptionist to the Dr himself, the all make your experience the best. Appointments are scheduled in a timely manner and they take very good care of the patient. Plus they are open on Saturday which really helps.

Dr Papagayo has been my dentist for 10+ years. He is very upfront about your dental health and the cost of procedures. He won't do a procedure just because you want it, he will advise you about what you actually need. He is the best dentist I have ever had.

I wish I had found him earlier. Never will you find a dentist more caring for his patients. He makes time to answer all questions. And never once has he caused any pain. In fact if you even twitch he makes sure you are comfortable.. His office, and staff are the absolute best you'll get in the area. Other doctors could learn a lot from Popaguyo...

This dentist will offer you the most expensive options and require you to get services you don't need in order to make more money. When I requested getting silver fillings instead of composite as well as a regular teeth cleaning instead of a very expensive deep cleaning...he had his receptionist advise me to confirm somewhere else. I know a couple of people that are his patients and they all have a ton of cavities. i wouldn't trust this guy unless you want to pay for services you don't need.
