Very surprised with the inconsiderate actions

I had been with Dr Wetzel since 2005 and I had recently seen him on May 23,2022 to have my bridge replaced and he wasn’t as gentle as he usually was when he had taken off my old bridge. He had spent too much time grinding on the left side of my bridge and it got so hot that it ended up burning my lip really bad. He gave me a second degree burn that left a square inch of my lip seriously blistered and abrasion that still haven’t healed for over 2 weeks now. It’s Currently 06/06/2022. I don’t understand why he didn’t use cotton rolls to prevent this from happening or the hygienist didn’t cool it off with water. My temporary bridge just recently fell out of my mouth. I will be giving them a call in the morning. Signed a very unhappy customer.
