Unprofessional staff and unprofessional dentist. Receptionist and dentist are extremely rude, disrespectful and unprofessional, they did not do what they said they would do for me. The receptionist does the billing and was totally evasive to me when I asked her questions about my billing, she would not give me straight answers, I had to ask her several times per question, it was like she was hiding something from me, and I could tell that she was becoming very frustrated with me because I was asking questions. The dentist thinks because she holds a low status that she can talk and treat people any way she wants to. ALL FEMALE STAFF AND ALL DRAMA!!!!!!!!!!!

While on my lunch break I accidentally chipped my bottom front teeth. After using google to find the closest dentist, RGC dentistry came up. I called, and Jayne was very kind and squeezed me in. As soon as I arrived Melanie took me back and started working on my teeth. Dr. Call came in and explained the procedure very clearly, as I'm very nervous of dentists. Once she was done, she suggested I get my teeth cleaned since I was already there. Petra did an outstanding job cleaning my teeth.

The Office staff are so friendly and caring. My husband was in getting his teeth cleaning and had a chip on his tooth and was able to fix it the same day. The staff is very knowledgeable and is here to help you in anyway. They even make you laugh. Highly recommend Dr. Call and her wonderful staff.
