Dr. Roberto Ramirez, DMD

Have been going to dr Ramirez for about 3 years. On and off. Cleaning also. Been seeing the doctor for old crowns to be replaced. My last visit in the fall of 2024. Doctor replace a crown which needed a root channel. Did not no that it was needed. Came back to let doctor look at it.doctor used his air to blow on the upper tooth. I thought I was going to jump out of the seat. So I asked what's going on. Dr Ramirez said that the crown was secure show me the X-ray. Told him that a ex ray should of been done. His response was that would have to pay 1000 dollars to have another Dr to come in and drill threw the crown. I was SHOCKED! Dr always had done a great job. Very very disappointed. Also I do not tell my age, but I am 73 years old. So so surprised. No response back from him. I would like to hear from the doctor to make good.
