Not very.
Appointments are made, but rarely will he actually show up before another 30 minutes have passed. I have experienced this on 3 separate occasions. It's annoying at best and has me searching for another dentist that is more attentive.

Very friendly and patient staff. I always feel like Dr. Watts listens to me, takes whatever time is necessary to address my concerns, and answers any of my questions (no matter how small or complicated they may be). I trust his professional opinion and always feel well taken care of. Even though I don't love going to the dentist, I feel like my teeth (and my whole person) is well taken care of and the whole office makes a dentist visit be as enjoyable as it could ever be! Thank you Dr. Watts!
