Dr. Robert Stratman, DDS

Staff were very friendly and informative. Dr. Stratman explained everything he was going to do and I wish he did preventive dentistry because I would go to him. I never felt any pain.

He left a metal bar in my jaw. After two root canals. He completely tore up two teeth and peices were flying everywhere. Then he shoved these plastic things in my jaw, and cauterized them in. Then he filled it all in with epoxy. Now, I noticed that metal bar isn't there. But there is definitely a major groove in my jaw bone, where he drilled it in. I went back for fillings and he drilled and sanded my teeth down. They were supposed to put caps on them, and didn't. And didn't fill in where he shredded my enamel, the pulp of one tooth is still showing. I went back that same day and they tried to force me to get another root canal on that tooth. So basically, he destroyed my teeth and refused to fix what he did, and now I'm probably going to need x rays to find this stupid metal bar.

10 out of 10. Dr. Stratman and team were fast, friendly, and informative. No pain at all during my extractions. They have removed all of the anxiety I had about visiting the dentist. I'll definitely be returning.

Dr. Robert Stratmore is a great dentist. He is very personable and warm and caring bedside manner. I am always nervous when it comes to visiting the dentist due to a few bad experiences in the past. All the staff was friendly and helpful ( from the front desk to the dental assistant and of course the dentist) . Especially considering the covid19 rules and regulations at this time. I would recommend them highly. I plan to visit them for my future sent all needs as well.
