Dr. Rob really knows his stuff! From dental implants to extractions, he can do most anything. Nice guy who never seems to be in a hurry. Always willing to fully explain a procedure to a patient in simple terms. Best DDS in Cary.

I have been a patient of Stanley Dentistry for the past 10 years. Absolutely the best. Was referred by my sister whom has since retired but in the profession for over 30 years so she knew the best. Had TMJ. Completely redid my mouth. Such great work and always always available. Such professionalism.
Such kindness. Great staff!! The BEST. All the staff and both Dr Rob and Dr. Bobbi Stanley.

Great staff excellent and knowledgeable Dr Stanley and very helpful I didn't have enough money on my account and Dr Stanley helped me out with that and said he didn't want me to go back home in pain you don't find doctor's like that anymore the rest of them are all about money and what they can milk you for me and my family switched to Dr Stanley I would recommend him to anyone not to many doctor's like this anymore......... Thanks
