Dr. Robert Rodriguez, DDS

It was a BAD experience, the person at the front desk cancelled my appointment because I was 10 min late, I told her to pls let me see the Dr, since it was only a quick consultation, she said no, he has other patients and 'she could't re-book appointments' ?? , I think she was trying to say, overlap, she wanted to give me an appointment in a month. She was cold, rude and unprofessional. when I asked her if she was the person I spoke on the phone because she didn't understand the crown work I needed (and I was going to better explain) , She got aggressive for nothing and told me she was not going to book another appointment for me, to go somewhere else. I could not believe they have someone at the front of a business that has NO social skills and has no clue of basic dental work, The Dr. should be careful in choosing his personnel, he is loosing business for nothing.

Dr. Rodriguez listens to all questions and concerns. He is very patient and has been good in his practice.
