I wish 0 stars will be an option. One star is too much. After waiting more than 5 months for a dental appointment, 2 of my family appointments got canceled the same day of the appointment without the possibility of rescheduling for another 4 months. Not only a major inconvenience, but also a substantial economic cost, since I'm not going to be able to use my dental benefits before the end of the year. Customer service was not only rude and nasty, but also is the first time I experienced cursing and profanity from a professional office. Are dental receptionist supposed to slam the phone on you? Unfortunately I can not recommend this practice to anyone and will definitely never reschedule my appointments. You lost 5 patients.

Very bad dentist who is unprofessional and rude to patients. Also, he is not skilled.

Dr restaino is very unaccomdating to your personal needs and wants . He curses constantly while working on teeth , would NOT recommend this dentist to anyone .
