Dr. Robert Marrero Jr, DDS

Dr Marrero is very honest and direct. I like that he always gives guidance on how to proceed and which procedures are necessary. His office always works with my insurance plans and it's easy to get in for an appointment. All my appointments have been pain free and quick.

By far the worst office staff. Maria, office manager, should not be leading the other ladies. I too work in healthcare, and I am ashamed and concerned how this clinical office is managed. Patient care should come first, always. Patients have a tough time continuing dental treatments. An added worry of customer service and staff-patient relationships is unwarranted. Healthcare is a business, unsatisfied patients/customers=decline in revenue. I hope this office turns things around, starting with leadership. As for me, I'll take my business elsewhere.

I have been going to Dr Marrero since 2012. It has taken probably 15-20 visits to get my teeth fixed, because they were in such bad shape. He is very careful, has loads of experience, is friendly and makes you feel at ease, which is kind of a big deal - when it comes to going to see your dentist. He really does a great job with fillings and crowns etc etc - they last literally forever. Couldn't recommend him more and despite moving out of the area, he is still my choice for a dentist.
