He is a snake oil salesman offering to drill down perfectly good teeth to "fix your bite".

Go anywhere else. Whatever you do, do not pay him 10k or more for expensive orthotics or implants. Do not let him "fix your bite". He will make you worse.

I would not recommend this dentist at all. I had a very very expensive procedure ($6,000.00) that he recommended would help with my migraine/upper airway resistance syndrome. He took a bunch of tests that he said proved I had an issue with my jaw and teeth alignment. In the end he did not help me at all and now all I am left with is $6,000.00 less in my bank account. Stay away from this practice.
