A friend suggested I see Dr. Kogen so I scheduled an appt to see him last year, and an 45 minutes before my appt time, the Dr. called and cancelled my appt with no offer to reappoint my visit and no excuse as to why he was cancelling. I was already on my way from the valley after leaving work to make it in to see him. Totally unprofessional and would suggest finding a dentist that values and respects his patients time!!

I saw the negative review and wondered how a new patient could get in to see Bob when his office was closed due to COVID-19. I tried several times and could not get an an appointment and I am a close personal friend of almost 15 years! Sounds like someone is making an attempt to sully a good man’s reputation.

Dr Kogen is a conservative and traditional dentist. He will never sell you on flashy products or do any unnecessary work. He is kind and patient and honest. I have used him for 20 years and have always been pleased.
