Over priced
Extremely over priced; procedure performed failed and current dentist corrected it. Look elsewhere is my advice.

I am currently in excruciating pain. I have not been given pain medication nor antibiotics. I should have zero pain. Dr. Humphries is nothing but excuses...no responsibility for what he has and hasn't done. My neck is now numb and tingling, and I have pain all up my jaw to my head. When I've complained about pain on a voicemail in the middle of the night, no one called me for two days. I have had nothing but problems. Go somewhere else.

gave me a prescription for someone else! major HIPAA issue showed up to get my painful tooth extracted and it wasn't even the right tooth! He was fully prepared to take a tooth OUT that was not "abscessed" like he claimed and did NOT need to come out! WHAT?! yes. No apology, just excuses that I was shocked at. Tried to tell me the abscess must have collapsed. Very little decay. I challenged him and felt that he was making things up and defensive. He worked on the actual tooth that had a lot of deep decay--the one that had been giving me so much pain. I'm still shaking my head. Girl in the office, after I asked her, told me someone had told Dr. Humphries my bad tooth was on the "left" so he just decided to take any old tooth out. They were going to charge me for two things they shouldn't have (exam: he did not do one and cash discount). We're talking hundreds and thousands of dollars with all the work I'm left to have done. I WILL NEVER TRUST HIM FULLY, or the staff.

My Dad was 80, thin and losing weight, because his teeth were so bad that they could not be saved, according to his dentist. We knew that dentures would worsen his situation. So Dr. Humphries agreed to reconstruct his mouth and teeth. He had been so ashamed of the way he looked that he lost his smile. Dr. Humphries, an extremely talented Prosthodontist gave my Dad a new lease on life, and returned his ability to eat and regain his SMILE. As as result, he lived 12 more years and got to enjoy these special years. We cannot thank Dr. Humphries enough. He is a perfectionist, in his work, but a down-to-earth guy my Dad could tell anything. Thankfully, Rick Halpert

Great office with very personal care for each patient. For those like myself who get a little nervous they take extra time to be sure you are comfortable. All the work I have had over the past 25 years is still in my mouth and doing great! The hygienist does a thorough job during my cleanings. Work has been excellent whether it is a cleaning, filling, crown or more. So glad this is my dental office and even have family and friends who now get this great service.
