I feel bad to leave a poor review because I generally do not do that. However, I am still traumatized how rough he treated my 7-year-old daughter. I have never seen anyone actually hurt my daughter the way this dentist did because he got frustrated. I actually stopped the visit and left. My heart actually hurts still whenever I remember how my daughter was treated and that was 4 months ago. He had the audacity to then offer a narcotic for my daughter for her pain. I had some work done on my teeth and the way he drills out cavities is appalling: he literally drilled out my entire tooth for a small cavity. Well, one thing led to another, and months later, I had to get an emergency root canal on that tooth. He is dishonest by any sense of the word, and his technical skills are not good. Stay away, if you care about your mouth, your money, or being around bad people. His dental license needs to be revoked.

Though the doctor and staff were nice, I had a very disappointing experience. The cleaning was okay- it was the least thorough cleaning I feel that I have ever gotten. What really upset me was the exam by the dentist, Dr. Howell. He looked at my x-rays and examined my teeth. He told me that I had 4 cavities and several more baby cavities. Please make sure you get a second opinion if this dentist tells you you need work done. He told me we had ten cavities to fix and I got a second opinion and was told my kids are all cavity-free. I am in shock that someone could be so dishonest. I had a bad experience the entire appointment, from x-rays to the "teeth cleaning" that wasn't even a cleaning, they just had my kids brush their teeth with the pink stuff on the toothpaste. Just a terrible experience overall. Don't go!
