Dr. Robert Hood, DDS

I hate dentists (no offense) let alone having to come do the surgery i had to do but i can say one thing Dr Hood and his assistants have made this not so pleasant experience fairly pleasant and easy to come back for future visits.

Really happy with the dental services. So happy he was recommended for me.

I have never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes to be seen. Dr. Hood is not only caring, compassionate and friendly, he is also very knowledgeable about his profession. He called me the day after my procedure, which was a weekend, to check on me. My primary dentist referred me to him.

Dr. Hood performed my oral surgery on Friday, August 18, 2017. He is very professsional and genuinely cares for his patients. The following day, on a Saturday after my surgery, he personally called me to check on my status and to make sure that I am okay. His action was above and beyond and shows his real character as a provider. I recommend him to anybody who needs dental works done. You will be in awesome care with Dr. Hood.

Not a good experience from the assistants and office personnel. Dr Hood was very personable, experienced and professional. I paid my bill the day the service was performed 5/10/2016. I received a bill for the same service in the mail today 9/21/2016 showing 90 days over due. They have a sign on the wall payment due at time of service. I started 1 year ago to get the procedure approved. Insurance personnel told me if they would change the coding by 1 number insurance would cover. No luck.

Dr. Hood is caring and compassionate. He takes really good care of his patients. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family. The staff though was very rude to me on many different occasions. Other patients have told me they feel the same way.
