Dr. Robert Hermann, DDS

I had a root canal performed by Dr. Herman and it turned out terrible. I initially saw Dr. Herman with moderate pain and ended up with terrible pain after his work After the procedure, Dr. Herman indicated that the instrument went too far but he said' It should be ok'. The next day I spent an hour on the phone with him as I was in horrible pain. He was clueless on what to do. My general Dentist finally had to intervene and prescribe antibiotics. When my Dentist examined me he sent me right back to Dr. Herman to have the Root Canal re performed. When I came back in to Dr. Herman's office he was clueless on what to do again. I spent over an hour sitting in the chair with him seeming very confused on what to do. I finally got up and asked for a refund. He seemed lost once again and indicated he would have to ask my Dentist if he should give a refund? Crazy! I have been re seen by my Dentist numerous times trying to get me out of pain from the agony Dr. Herman has given me.
