They don’t deserve any stars. On Friday May 28th 2021, I went to see them as an emergency I was in pain. Turns out I had an infection the doctor tells me he is going to send a prescription for antibiotic to the pharmacy and submit papers to my insurance for a root canal, they said they will call me as soon as they hear back from my insurance. I go to the pharmacy and they hadn’t received the prescription. It’s Memorial Day weekend and these people left me without my antibiotic. I called them on Tuesday June 1st. Spoke to Liz at least three times before getting my prescription. June 29th while eating my tooth chipped…the same tooth that was infected I called l the office again asked speak to office manager turns out they never sent in the paperwork to my insurance but that they would send it now. Needless to say I will not be going back nor would I recommend a dog to these people. I gave one star and they don’t deserve it but without any stars my review could not be submitted.
