This whole clinic is cheery and welcoming. Dr. Brandes was a perfect example. From the time he entered the room, he was warm and friendly. He talked briefly about the procedure and answered my questions. He then talked about something other than what was happening in my mouth through out the process and kept me distracted. Then left me quite comfortable with the followup instructions. His assistant, Hannah, was a delight.
