While I didn’t have a lot of interaction with Dr. Nagar, what interaction I did have was great. She explained in detail about my X-rays, what to expect during the cleaning and when she number my mouth, was extremely gentle and understanding.

The entire staff and Dr. Nagar were extremely patient and sensitive to my dental concerns. This was my first experience with a dentist and staff that actually listened to me and gave extensive answers to many questions. I feel safe under their care.

UPDATE:After this review posted I was contacted by the office. An apology was received and the issue has been resolved While I do appreciate the capability to get my husband in within 24 hours and my husband said staff was polite. However I provided our insurance information prior to the appt. As well as it being on the paperwork provided when my husband checked in. My husband was evaluated and had xrays done. A treatment plan was then provided to my husband with an appt within 2 days. When I received the estimate I was shocked. I called your office to see if this was run through our insurance. The response I was provided "Yeah we are out of network and it was run through your insurance". this should have been told to myself when making the appt or the patient at check in. Not after evaluation with diagnostics and an additional appt has been made.

Dr Nagar is great. Very professional and knowledgeable. I would 100% recommended her to everyone.

Dr. Nagar and her staff are genuine people and I won’t go anywhere else. I’ve had some extensive work done there and all of them including Dr. Ritu make my visits pleasant and take measures to help me with my low dental pain threshold. I’m retired Coast Guard and fearless in high seas up to 30’, but a basket case when it comes to dental pain ??. It is VERY obvious everyone enjoys working with each other and the Doc is down to earth and a joy to talk to. Also their new location is awesome.

This dental group is amazing! Dr Nagar is a great dentist and cares about her patients. She has employed an exceptional staff. From the dental hygienists down to the office manager everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful and it shows they truly care. I totally recommend this group. I trust them with not only myself and my husband but also our 10 yr old daughter. They have always been so nice you can tell they run like a family.
