Dr. Rion Blagrove, DDS

I have been going to this dentist for 6 yrs. Today I arrived at 2:18pm for a 2pm appointment. Yes I was late. The receptionist is going to tell me they have 15 minute grace period and since it’s 2:18pm that I can’t be seen today. Mind u that I usually have to wait 30 minutes to see the dentist anyways so 3 minutes pass the grace was unacceptable to me a long term customer that’s usually on time. After 6yrs I will be finding a new dentist.

When I arrived there was no one at the receptionist desk. I waited for a while for someone to come and check me in. Finally someone did come asked me to come straight to the back but I had an insurance change and wanted to take care of that. I arrived 10 mins early to do so. Once in the room I waited an additional 30 mins for my cleaning to begin. Dr. Blagrove did it himself. He didn't apologize for the wait. This is my second time at this office and I won't be back. Dr. Blagrove didn't tell me anything about my teeth or offer any suggestions on care. Doesn't provide a new toothbrush when you leave. Nothing. The building is run down and their lack of customer service definitely doesn't make up for it. I've scheduled my 6 month appt with a new dentist.

I am happy to have found new primary dentist. I had questions for the office about the use of fluoride, and they put me on hold briefly, and what do you know, Dr. Blagrove himself came on the line to answer my questions. He assured me that there are alternative cleaning solutions that he can use on my teeth, and I was sold right then and there! Great experience, and he is very personable and involved in the direct care of his clients.

Dr. Blagrove is an excellent dentist. He thoroughly explains all procedures always taking the time to address any concerns that I may have which always makes me comfortable. Before I made the choice to become an Invisalign patient he went through the pros and cons of the process allowing me to make an informed decision on my own. His staff is very professional and extremely pleasant always making my trip to the dentist a pleasant one.
