Dr. Ricky Singh, DMD

I was his patient for many years and finally gave up: the latest fiasco was an implant I needed for a front crown he had put in, which broke. Though most was covered by my Delta Dental PPO plan, he charged me an extra $3000, later claiming it was for a bone graft not covered by the insurance. He obviously double-billed me (took my insurance plus added private costs). His personal manner recently has become increasingly impatient and authoritarian. Asking him a question about what he is doing and why, he gives curt, minimalist answers. I stopped going to his Berkeley office in 2020 because it is small and cramped and drove all the way to his Walnut Creek office because, though it is big, promised better COVID precautions; by February 2021 the office was packed with patients in open rooms and the waiting area. I mentioned my discomfort, he coldly said: "anything else?" He is interested in doing procedures that bring in $$$ and not in taking care of a patient's health and wellbeing.
