I went in for my left tooth cause it was bothering me for a while i went in dr k saw me he is oh ya you dont need root canal it can be fixed just like that so he filled my cavity and then order a new crown for me after 3 weeks i went in i was still in pain i was in tears i told him dont put the crown i think i need a root canalbeforerown on that time dr brar saw me and dont put the crown i need something else before putting the crown i beleived him since he was a doctor my next visit was horrible in elgin i went in witb pain de k saw me i can tell from his face that something went wrong on my treatmenrnt cause after having a crown you shodnt feel anything nor coldnor hot or even pain but i was experiencing everything . Then dr. Brar wife came in and asking me random qiestion where are you from what you do apparently we are from same place bavckhome so it doesnt matter fix my tooth you guys took my money i am still in pain. I left the office in anger. All i can say dont go cheap doctor

Absolutely horrible. We called to book 2 cleaning appointment ( as new clients) for myself and my 9 year old daughter and was told that there was an opening 2 days later, on Saturday June 15, 2024 at the St. Charles location . I talked to Noreen on the phone who gave me the address for Saturday. I was questioning the quick turnaround time for a cleaning as most reputable dentists are months out to get an appointment but was thankful to get in. We showed up today 20 minutes early to an empty parking lot and a note on the door saying they would be closed June 14 & 15 , 2024. No call to let us know??? The appointment was booked 2 days prior. BEWARE!!! Something is not right!! P. S. This was Envision a smile! I believe he has several locations and different dental offices with different names. Update 1 hour later: Finally got ahold of someone at one of their other locations ( South Elgin ) who told me the doctor was out of town. Also the St Charles locations keeps minimal hours ! What ???

Dr Brar is very professional at his work. I give him 5 stars..they will work with you too, on cost..I am having a bridge done and they already did a deep cleaning. Very happy with the deep cleaning and the process has begun with the bridge..

Stay AwayTerrible service , Terrible pain management, They wont even remember you or talk to you about what they are actually doing. Wait for the bill at the end its fun.

And if you are physically harmed or injured, as I was...it is precisely because THIS review source will not print my very real and genuine experience--that it has happened.

I was referred to Brar by 1800 dentist. I am sooo glad i went. I spoke to Sonia and told her my issue being a bad molar that had an exposed nerve. I expected to be told an appointment would need to be scheduled, Sonia said to "come on in we dont want you to have to be in pain". Prior to calling Brar I was told by someone at a different practice that ive gone to before that it would be a week before i could get in and another place referred by 1800dentist had a 1.5 star rating. The total time at Brar was less the 90 minutes. Options were given as well as recommendations for follow up care. Everything was explained perfectly. I conveyed to the doc my dis like of needles and honestly felt nothing when my mouth was numbed. Im scheduled for a deep cleaning in 2 weeks and eventually some other needed dental work. If I knew of this practice when I was younger vs the butcher I saw when I was younger, I'm sure I would have less dental problems then I do.

The entire staff (Dr. Bram, Paula/Hygienist & Erica/Dental Assistant) are very friendly and answer any questions that I have. They are very professional and always have a smile on their face.

I had a great experience in this place from both the Doctor and the staff getting my teeth Implants, would definitely recommend it.

Never met a dentist who was so "root canal" happy. My boyfriend had also gone at the same time and they insisted he needed 2 root canals - what a surprise. Their daughter works front desk is obviously very spoiled and shows it with her attitude. Will not return nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.

Doctor was fantastic. He operated on me and I felt so safe and at ease. He kept checking up on me and was always available or would come to the phone if I had a question after my surgery. I would recommend Dr. Dahlinghaus and would go to him if ever I needed him again. Thank you Doctor.

Had the most wonderful experience at Brar Dentistry! Dr. Brar is an amazing dentist. Had to have a complicated procedure but was reassured that everything will be painless! He has the latest technology and equipment! Highly recommend him as a dentist!
