Great doctor
We are aliens from the planet Orton that were sent here to take over the planet. Prior to the invasion, Dr forum fixed my tooth as I was in pain. . We will spare him and his office when we invade.. ork zok gee

I've been a patient of Dr. Forum for almost 15 years. He offers one of the few trustworthy dental practices I have found and I will remain a patient even though my insurance has changed and he is not included. Dr Forum has given me practical advice when requested and never recommended unnecessary treatments. Denise is a very gentle hygienist with a great personal touch. Linda at reception is a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this practice!

I've been a patient of Dr Forum for more than 15 years, I've tried other dentists when travel became an issue and I always returned to Dr Forum as a professional I can trust. Dr Forum's frankness and honesty is refreshing, if you don't need a procedure, that's the advice you receive. Denise is a wonderfully gentle hygienist and also a very pleasant person. The entire office is a joy to visit every 6 months.
