Dr. Richard Dunning, DDS

This person is a scammer. Don’t go to him unless you are bored with your money and want to lose it. I came in for regular cleaning and I had already paid and agreed for this service. After they did the x ray, he came in and is like I will only do deep cleaning and that’s it. Like no you will not force me to do a service that I did not agree or pay for. It is so rude and a scammer move. He loves money so much and he wants to be like we need to implants and all these things. I brush and floss my teeth a lot and every dentist I go to are like your teeth are perfect I had to switch for insurance reasons. So he clearly just wants money and doesn’t care about anything else. Save your money and save your troubles and go find you a decent dentist that has some human decency.

After a dental hygiene appointment, Dr. Dunning came in to look at my teeth. He rudely chastised me for having had so much work done on my teeth. What was the point of that, to make me feel bad and embarrassed about myself? For many years I went through serious mental difficulties and did not take care of my teeth. Did he harangue me so I could go back in time and fix that? I've been going to Fresh Dental for five years now and have never had even one cavity. Have been feeling better! His behavior was incredibly rude and hurtful, and at my request the hygienist passed along the word that I refuse to ever see him again.

This man does not know how to fill a cavity in a back molar. I've had another cavity in the back previously, so I know that a good dentist doesn't need to jam his entire fist in your cheek to do it. Whether it's because he did that or because he stuck my gums too many times with the numbing agent, I was left with a lopsided mouth. It has been about a year and the left side of my mouth still droops, so apparently this is permanent. Do not go to this dentist if you care about how you look.

I've been going to Dr. Dunning for 12+ years now. Always explains procedures well and makes sure you're comfortable and pain free during each visit. Super Dentist! Excellent staff as well, super friendly and very helpful...Bonnie helps keep it all painless with her wit & charm as you check-out.
