Professionalism, empathy and great care
I had to make an appointment because I had tooth pain develop suddenly. I hadn't been to a dentist in around 10 years, so I was apprehensive and embarrassed. Everyone at Southgate Dental Associates working under Dr. Baldwin is professional, kind and easy to work with. The dental hygienist, Joyce was the best part of my trip. She explained everything and made sure I felt the least amount of pain possible. She had the best bedside manner and that is honestly so rare in my experience. Dr. Baldwin also was approachable, informative and made me feel at ease. I left that appointment with my teeth looking 100% better and a plan to get me back to where I need to be. If you are like me and you get anxious about going to the dentist, try to get an appointment at Southgate Dental Associates, you won't be sorry!
