Dr. Ricardo Chavez, DDS

Since I didn't get a confirmation text or a phone call for my appointment, I decided to call Dr. Chavez's office 3 days beforehand. The receptionist who answered said 'We will see you then.' On the day of my appointment, the receptionist told me she cancelled my appointment since I didn't call them. There is a Lack Of Communication with Dr. Chavez's staff and he should know about this.

I was referred for a root canal procedure done at another office then the crown was to be installed in the dental office of Ricardo Chavez. The person installing the crown BROKE the crown and in order to fix the broken crown a procedure was done that left me with what appeared to look like a large filling running from the top of the crown to the base. Then I was charged for this additional procedure that would not have been necessary if she had not broken the crown in the first place. In addition I was also billed for 2 cleanings when I know there was only 1 cleaning.In addition, when I received a bill from this office I called them 9 times on different days asked to speak with billing without a response. On the 10th time calling I finally got an answer to my calls. Billing was not much help so I am left with paying for a procedure that was not necessary, and another that according to my memory never happened.

They say your insurance covers you procedure. Then a month later you get a denial of claim and you’re stuck paying the doctor’s full orice. Scammers! Beware!

I highly recommend this dentist. His staffs is great as well. Dr. Chavez will take good care of your dental. I will refer my family and friends to his office.

He is very nice and I did not even fill any pain while he was giving me a shot to numb my mouth and this other doctor worked with my kids and didn't know they even reseived a shot.

I had an extensive procedure done which required multiple visits, every visit I waited at least 30 min AFTER my appointment time to be called back, a couple times I waited over an hour! Then I was told the dentist who was in the process of my procedure no longer works in the office so I would have to wait until they find another one.

Dr. Ricardo Chavez is the best dentist here in El Paso. He's work is very affordable and very great quality. He's staff is very friendly and experienced I. The dental field. Since I made my appointment till the treatment. I've had lots of dental work and didn't feel any pain. I would highly recommend this dentist to all my friends and family.

He is a very nice doctor. I didn't feel the shots he gave me while doing treatment. Very satisfied patient. Will recommend my family members.
