Dr. Reuben Ramillosa, DDS

Gentle dentist with good bedside manner kept sheltered and inaccessible by dental staff. Dr. Ramillosa does not have emergency appointments. Two teeth on the dentist's treatment plan broke off because his office wouldn't schedule timely appointments for them & then cancelled one. Was overcharged more than once, first with a 50% copay on a filling that insurance covers at 100% and again for a procedure that was never performed during cleaning appointment. The office manager routinely treated me with animosity following confrontation with over charges & corresponding insurance claims. This office will not give you paperwork after you see the dentist with recommended treatment & associated fees. Instead they email jpgs with info hard to read at their convenience that you have to download to view in a photo editor. The hygienist is very good. Never encountered this kind of negligence, poor treatment or ageism at any dentist office before & the office manager blamed my insurance for it!

How can I say anything good about a dentist that permits his office staff to be rude and bully senior citizens because they have a Medicare dental plan that they don't like, even though the dentist is in the network. Took forever to get an appointment The dentist was pleasant but didn't share any information he put on the treatment plan with me. The office knew that some of the teeth needed immediate attention but didn't bother to tell me until it was too late to fix. The worst part was they blamed me when they couldn't get to it in time and then referred me to another dentist.

always very good, cleanings are noticeably effective, good atmosphere. i will stick with Dr. Ramillosa's office.

My daughter had 4 teeth pulled this morning and was super nervous about the extraction procedure. Dr. Ramillosa made sure she was very comfortable and explained to her every detail while he was in process. The office staff was very friendly and welcoming. Quick, no waiting in the waiting area we went straight back following check in. Would reccomend this office and Dr. Ramillosa.
