I love her!! All of the negative comments are the exact opposite of my experience

She completely embarrassed herself by yelling at me my mom and other staff because I asked her to be more gentle this lady has no compassion! And a terrible temper ! No doctor acts like that

I'd say - HARD PASS on this one. Went in for a regular cleaning (after not having visited a dentist during COVID). It took them 1.5 hours to take X-Rays, a periodontal chart, and to perform some invisalign scan, all the while telling me that it's been too long since my last cleaning (1.5 years) and that I definitely need a deep clean. I'd say I've been lucky to have had less issues with my teeth than most people (my family included). When I told the doctor that I'd prefer to take a more conservative approach, to get a regular cleaning, and then reassess in 6 months, she said that would be negligent and she doesn't want to do that - continuing with scare tactics that in a year I'll have irrecoverable bone loss and periodontitis. When I told her I'd consider it, she got up and left without even saying good bye. Poor bedside manner at best.

After not seeing a dentist in many years, I am very grateful Dr.Sarna is my dentist. She explained the whole procedure for my implant and answered all my questions making me feel at ease. Also during the procedure she constantly checked on my comfort level and communicated. Thank you Dr. Sarna!
