Dr. Raymond Maly, DDS

This is maybe the nicest dental office I have ever been in. The staff is amazing with all ages (including my 4 year old). All of the dentists and hygienists take their time with their patients, and I never feel rushed. If I have had any issues (like needing an adjustment on my crown) they are easy to get in with and don't charge. I would highly recommend!

DR. MALY AND HIS STAFF DO NOT FOLLOW PROPER INFECTION CONTROL PROCEDURES-THIS IS VERY SERIOUS!!!! Rooms are not effectively disinfected between patients, and I have walked into a “clean” room and found BLOOD on drills, leftover from the patient beforehand. Drill tops (AKA hand-pieces) are removable and should be wiped with disinfectant wipes and then sterilized in an autoclave between every patient. These drill tops rarely ever get sterilized, and sadly this is just one of several infection control issues at their office. They are solely driven by production and therefore rooms are cleaned very hastily between patients so they are able to seat the next patient as soon as possible. This is dangerous and automatically puts every patient at a VERY high risk of contracting diseases via blood/saliva transmission from unclean instruments. I would highly caution anyone, current patient or not, to go elsewhere-**ESPECIALLY in light of the COVID-19 situation, for your safety, please avoid!!

Dr. Maly is great; however, I have had poor experiences with their dental hygienists. One out of the three different hygienists that I saw was okay. One did not fully clean my teeth and one was aggressive in her cleaning and as a result my gums were very sore and bleeding. I would definitely see Dr. Maly, but not his dental hygienists.
