I have been there twice, 1st time with my granddaughter and grandson. They took in my granddaughter but not my grandson. They claimed he was not scheduled which, he was. It took my granddaughter 90 min. on the visit. 3 months later I took my grandson in for a 3:00 PM app. He was not called until 3:35 PM and because I had complaint about the waiting. We went to the room and waited another 10 min. before they cleaned his teeth which took 5 min. only. Then we waited another 35 min. for the Dental

Wait time is crazy ! Walk in went before me and I had a appointment. I told him about my wisdom teeth and he didn’t even look and said oh your not ready and then I went back 3 months later and they fell and now I can’t get them out. Every time I go they say I have a cavaties and then I went somewhere else and they told me I didn’t have any. I promise you this is the worst place to go !

After arriving for my appointment on time I then waited 1 hour to be taken back. Waited another 15-20 minutes for the hygienist to begin taking xrays, had a terrible 5 minute cleaning with no attention to detail, the doctor's comprehensive exam consisted of him popping his head in the door after viewing my xrays and saying you're good! I'm appalled. I was there for 3 1/2 hours for a check up and cleaning. Ridiculous! I called to have my records released, his rude wife/manager hung up on me!

I have been a patient since he began his practice at the current location. Dr. Arreola is a meticulous and skilled dentist. His staff, run by the office manager ( his charming wife), are polite and helpful. He works evenings and holidays to accommodate work schedules. He will immediately assist any patient experiencing pain. Without question consistently the best experience i have ever had at a dentist.

RIDICULOUS wait time. Appointment was for 3PM at 3:15 we were called back to the room. At around 4:15 the assistant came in and brushed my 3 year olds teeth then said the dentist will be in shortly. 5pm still no dentist by this time my 3 yo daughter was hungry, restless, and cranky. So, we left. All I can say is that the young lady at the front desk was very friendly. However, we will never go back to this place nor will we refer any one to this dentist.
