Dr. Ralph Jenke, DDS

I had a filling done less than 3 years ago that has already fallen out. At the time I initially went in, I was told I would need a root canal. That did not happen. The tooth was filled and that was it. The filling fell out and the pain in the tooth is awful. I’m a 100% disabled veteran and was using this dentist through the VA’s community care program. Granted, I get it, this dentist office was having a problem with getting paid by the VA but the day I stopped by to have a new crown put back on after falling off after a few weeks after I got it, I was told I would not be able to be seen again unless I wanted to pay out of pocket and that I would have to find another dentist. So no, my experience with this dentist was not a positive one. Call me crazy but a crown shouldn’t fall off after a few weeks and if the dentist knows a patient needs a root canal and a filling, shouldn’t that happen? It didn’t so I cannot recommend this dentist.

Staff are unfriendly and failed to answer questions regarding procedures during COVID epidemic. Disappointed in overall response to COVID procedures as recommended by CDC.

Today was my first visit and I was very impressed by Dr Jenke and his staff. Everyone was veryefficient, friendly. Ashley Xrayed, cleaned, and measured my teeth. After my cleaning, Dr Jenke introduced himself and also examined my mouth. I'm not easily impressed, but today I definitely was.
