Dr. Rachna Bajaj, DDS

Prior to 9/8/23, I called for an appt. Dr. Rachna told me she requires me to sign a form agreeing to pay her $50 if I miss an appointment. I told her I do not agree with that policy, because she requires 72 hour notice if I can't make it & that's not reasonable for patients my age; because un-for seen things happen suddenly. I'm disabled & I can wake up that morning sick & unable to leave my home. She said it was ok, that I don't have to sign the form; so I made an appointment for 9/8/23, 1pm. I was able to keep that appointment and when I showed up; She & her assistant put me in a waiting room and seated me in the dental chair. Her assistant came to me with the $50 appointment agreement form & I told her that Dr. Rachna agreed I didn't have to sign it. Dr. Rachna's assistant said the Dr. will not see you until you sign this form & she kept pushing it at me. dr. Rachna comes in & starts pressuring me to sign the form; she refused to treat me, so I left her office.
