We were never seen by the dentist because I refused. I was filling out the paperwork and noticed some strange things. One said they can use a stern voice and use a velcro vest if the child was acting up. I singed that because I would be back there and that would never happen. The next paper was informing me that I was not allowed back in the treatment area. My daughter is 5! A 5 year old! Seriously. They tried to say every dentist office is doing this because of Covid. That is a lie. I took my other child to my dentist and they had no problem letting me go back. This office is crazy!

I don't trust this DDS. Their office found 3 new cavities other than the three cavities that were discovered and verified by 2 other dentists just 5 weeks prior. I asked to go back with my child his second time getting cavities filled and was denied. The 2nd visit my child came out crying, said DDS yelled at him and wouldn't let me go back there as she cleaned his teeth as he cried. Wanted to charge $100 for Ambien so he wouldn't be traumatized, but I feel he was. Treatments still incomplete.
