Office staff never inform about any deductibles and upfront payment require in advance or prior to the visit. Amount is asked at the time of appointment. Also No intimation provided for dental procedure to be taken care or time duration for the procedure taken.

Excellent professional care by Dr. Patel and her accommodating, friendly staff. Dr. Patel is extremely knowledgeable and a true artist when fashioning dentures. Other dentists told me the only way I could function properly was to have implants which would have been cost prohibitive. Dr. Patel defied their opinions and created a full set that are more attractive than my original teeth, look so totally natural that no one can tell they are dentures and, of extreme importance, they are comfortable, give me purchase in biting and chewing and function superbly in every way. I highly recommend her, and have sent several friends her way.

Dr. Priya Patel is my primary care dentist. she is very knowlegeable and you can always trust her to give correct advise and do the right treatment. she also refers you to the best specialist in the area if needed. I have used her referrals endodontist and Oral & Maxillofacial surgeon and they were the best. I feel like i am in good hands !

Dr.Priya Patel is my dentist over last 7 years. She is meticulous, detailed and professional.She explains the procedures and takes time to answer all the questions I have. After calling multiple times I got call back from her assistant on August 31st for appt. She said she scheduled me for Sep 12th at 5:30PM. I get there at 5:30 and no one is there at reception desk. After waiting for half hour they tell me I do not have app and doctor cannot take me today. I show her call records that my appt was set but they say the lady who scheduled my appt did not put me in system and we do not give appt to new patients at 5:30. There is no decency or courtesy at all.

My experience at Dr. Patels was as fun as going to 6 flags. I've been to many dentists and her place is the best I've ever been too. Very professional!
