My family and I have gone to Dr. Loving for many years. Wonderful staff - everyone is so nice and friendly and they do a great job!

4 text messages to confirm an appointment that was scheduled for 3 months. Show up to get my teeth cleaned (faithfully every 6 months all my life) and Dr. Loving's hygienist says she can't clean my teeth because I never went to see their 'referred' periodontist. Two teeth out of 32 require deep cleaning. Inconsiderate to not CALL ME with this information. Also, the hygienist should refrain from talking so loud about a patient's health- It is considered 'private' information. Unprofessional

The facility was the most disgusting medical environment. Hygienist refused to change gloves upon request. Would never recommend.
