My mother and I were disrespected by this establishment on Wednesday, 3/13/24, they were rude and condescending with their tone of voice. The dentist talked down to my mother as if she were a child for not calling Medi Cal regarding her treatment plan for review to gain approval for the services. From personal experience and professional, I work for the County, its their job to do that, not the patients. I understand that since we are a rural community with limited resources we are all understaffed and dealing with burnout but that’s no excuse to mistreat the patients. To top it off, the doctor left part of the tooth he extracted from my mother lodged in her gums! She has diabetes and that “mistake” could have led to infection or worse! They also didn’t clean her teeth prior to extracting her tooth because he “didn’t have time”. Im aware that Dr Dutt has 20 years of experience in this industry, perhaps its time for him to retire before he seriously injures someone. As for the receptionist “Pat, I don’t have to give you my last name”, perhaps you should go on vacation or quit your current employer because its very obvious that you hate your job. Finally, the dental assistants, I heard nothing but good things about you, if only more people would follow your example; thank you for upholding ethical values.

Went in on March 30, 2022 as a victim of brutal assault in 2016. I am a beneficiary through California Victim Crime Board, and Denti Cal. Going thru alot of dental pain yet haven't heard back nor did I receive diagnosis report with ICD10 Codes. During the visit I was constantly by passed too treat others

DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE! I went in to ask for copies of my xrays The price was $35 which I happily agreed to pay, I handed over my card when the older lady at helping me asked if I had cash which I did so I handed her $100 she gave me my change. She later calls me and tells me she accidentally gave me back the $100along with my change. I explained to her that she did not, she then proceeded to call me a thief and tells me that God punishes thieves! Most unprofessional experience of my life

The receptionists treat patients with disrespect a have little to no concern about the patient’s needs. When asking them to have paperwork faxed over to insurance she ignored my request. I spoke to the dentist about this issue and he too disregarded her behavior.
