I've been to Dr. Phan's office three times. Appointments began on time (no waiting) and the staff were kind, friendly and helpful. Dr. Phan is skilled and efficient, which meant very little, if any, discomfort while my crown was prepared and set. Will send my other family members. Very pleased.

This review is for Dr. Phan's co-practitioner Dr. Dao. We came in for our first check-up and Dr. Dao did a thorough job of scaling, cleaning and advising us on future treatment. Costs were made very clear at the outset (we have Kaiser Permanente coverage) and were quite reasonable.

She is very efficient not giving you any information or time to ask questions. I only knew what was going on in my mouth by what I overheard her telling the dental assistant. She filled a few cavities and it left me with a bruise on my cheek that lasted 3 weeks. I don't know how and I have never that happen.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Phan’s since 2003. After moving to Florida in 2010, I still fly back at least twice a year for treatment by Dr. Phan and her associates. Her office manager Trish, and her dental assistant Mirna are wonderful!

The dental hygienist was great! Very helpful and very nice. However Dr Phan was very difficult to understand and I felt like she did not care about me. As I had more questions I felt like she was pushing me out the door without taking time to answer them.
