Dr. Petra Lee, DMD

Despite whether or not Dr. Petra accepts your insurance, you are required to pay your bill in its ENTIRETY, not just a copay but the ENTIRE bill they would file to your insurance! They will file your bill to your insurance carrier for YOU to get REIMBURSED! We made our appointments as new patients two months prior, the soonest they had available. This policy was NOT conveyed at that time. Both my husband and I are in need of extensive care due to autoimmune disease destruction. I suppose this dentist assumes everyone is wealthy! I can understand perfectly paying all co-pays at the time service is rendered but certainly not the ENTIRE bill! We will be moving on!

Dr. Lee is a very good dentist but the office doesn’t know how PPO insurance works when the dentist has signed a contract to be a provider.They have made me pay upfront for 2 appointments that insurance covered at 100 percent and then takes awhile to get your money back.

Dr. Lee truly cares about her patients and what they need. I appreciate her knowledge and expertise, as well as how comfortable I feel sitting in her chair. From my first visit to my last, everything was great! Thank you Dr. Lee for my smile!!

Dr. Lee and her staff are absolutely wonderful! Such a cute and clean office. She really takes her time with you and gives you 100% of her attention. My daughter and I both see her and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I do not like going to the dentist at all. Dr.Lee is great, made me feel comfortable and my teeth look fantastic. Enjoyed her office and staff. Thank you!

Dr.Lee is fantastic! Her entire office staff is wonderful. They are all so nice and accomodating. The office is beautiful and they treat you like people not just a number! Been going to Dr.Lee for years, my kids too, would recommend her to anyone!

Best and most considerate dental care I have ever received, absolutely no pain either. Dr. Lee is always cordial but very professional. In addition the atmosphere throughout the their offices was very relaxed. I would not consider going to any other dentist.

the office manager of this practice is the biggest liar I have ever come across. He thinks he can talk to people however he wants and get away with it. He is very unprofessional and rude. Nothing is consistent. They say one thing and then do another. Charges patients for unnecessary services. Worst dental office I've been to, new patients BEWARE!

Office manager is a liar. To many up sells on their services. No follow up on proposed treatment plan. This practice is all about the money. Also do not appreciate the family dog roaming around the office.
