BEWARE OF SMRECEK DENTISTRY
I have been going to them for about 2 years. When I first started they did everything they could to make my BILLS BIG. Early on I was polite and didn't want to ask too many questions. Every time big bills were given at the exit, I would pay them. Today my Xray showed exactly what it did last time. They again insisted I get crown done or else the teeth in the back will crack. I said NO to them. I told them that I am comfortable with what there is now. There is no pain or issues on those two teeth so I will not go for crown work. The treatment plan bill of course was close to $2,200 for each crown. They just try to create fear in patients so they would rush and get appointment for crown work. Todays cleaning was supposed to be only cleaning but they insisted I get xrays. Xray was a charge, to read the xray was a separate charge, to touch the mouth and give the diagnose of 'no cancer' was a separate charge. PL. THINK TWICE BEFORE GOING TO THEM!

I was so happy with my dental appointment yesterday I almost cried (happy tears). They really treat you like family. I got to fill out all my new patient paperwork online, which was a time saver. Katie, my hygienist, was amazing from the beginning. She alleviated my anxiety by explaining everything. I have had two stains on the front of my teeth from leftover cement after braces and I have been to 3 other dental offices in the last 9 years who have told me they can't remove it. Katie had it off in under a minute. My front teeth are smooth again. Dr. Jaclyn was thorough, honest, and gentle. From my past dental experiences, I was prepared for the worst. I figured I would need so much dental work based on the last dentist office I visited. I was so relieved to learn my gums and teeth are in pretty good shape. They didn't try to up-sell me on expensive services that I don't need. The whole appointment went very smoothly. I highly recommend this office.
