Dr. Peter Madden, DDS

On the surface, Dr. Madden and his staff are polite and courteous. I really like his practice initially. Unfortunately, the depths of his practice is not as strong as the surface level. After having 2 of my fillings replaced, I began experiencing some pain in one of those teeth. I was put off by Dr. Madden and his staff to the point that My only option was to have a root canal and crown.

On three occasions I was promised the dentist would go over the treatment plan so I could plan the finances. Never did. When requested to just come in found out it was for a cosmetic procedure which I was not going to afford, not addressing the insured dental issues that were immediately resolved by the next dentist. Also took an X-ray of my gums, no teeth, later charged to me even though gums were outside the practice of this general provider. Asked for the cost of the X-ray refunded. Refused.
