After 19 years with Dr Richards I can say that he is very caring and very professional in all his work. He uses the latest and best technology to achieve great results for clients He also has wonderful staff and support personnel.

Extremely professional and knowledgeable staff! Dr. Richards is phenomenal.

Takes pain seriously, and makes sure you are comfortable . Explains as he goes work needed, shows scans and x rays, explains procedures as he goes . Office staff very helpful. The hygienist I use, Cadence is best I have ever had and In my 70ties I have had many!

Dr Richards oversees a totally professional operation. He and his staff are superb. I would recommend his practice to anyone seeking the best possible dental care.

First visit... Office was beautiful and comfortable. I was taken early for my appointment. All staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities were top-notch. I was treated with respect. Even though I had not scheduled a cleaning, one was offered and I accepted. The The examination and cleaning were thorough.

Normally not a huge fan of the dentist, but the staff and Dr. Richards (even his wife) are such amazing people. They generally care about your wellbeing. Top notch practice!

I have been a patient of Dr. Richard's for years. Very professional, clean, friendly, knowledgable team. I have never waited more than 10 minutes from the time I arrived for my appointment. Always greeted with smiles and an upbeat, positive attitude. Attention to detail and full, transparent communication about both the good as well as any irregularities observed. Overall assessment is that I actually enjoy going to my dental appointments.....they make me feel like family.

Yesterday Cadence, dental hygienist, and I worked collaboratively to have her clean the teeth of my 94 year old client. Understandably, the client was very apprehensive at the previous very brief appointment to accomplish the cleaning, which ended abruptly after a few minutes. With much coaching, education, and TLC from Dr. Richards' staff (Cadence and Debi, office manager), and myself we had fantastic results and accomplished "the mission". My client applied proudly her lipstick and admired her much improved smile (and dental health) as soon as she got into my car for our ride back to her assisted living home.
