He is not a caring dentist
I visited Dr. Perry Klokkevold in his office at PermaDent for routine periodontics follow ups several times and I was extremely disappointed with the entire experience. The staff was rude and dismissive, the Dr. Klokkevold seemed rushed and didn't adequately explain the issues and his office intentionally overcharged. Embarrassingly, some unnecessary procedures were being recommended just to increase the bill, and it took me more than 12 months to fix the charges with the assistance I received from Cigna Co. Dr. Klokkevold's office is a scam.
